What skills and experience we're looking for
• Subject matter expertise – strong, up-to-date knowledge • Teaching and learning strategies – ability to plan, deliver, and adapt engaging lessons for diverse learners• Apprenticeship standards & frameworks – understanding of apprenticeship requirements, standards, and end-point assessment
