A well-organised secondary school in Barnet is seeking a Finance Officer to join its established and professional finance team from January 2026.
Job Overview
The Finance Officer will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the school, including processing purchase orders, managing invoices, reconciling accounts, and responding to finance-related queries from staff and external suppliers. You will work closely with senior leadership to support budgeting processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
This role would suit an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and previous experience in school or public-sector finance.
