Junior to Mid-Level IP Administrator - London
We are working with a leading law firm in London who are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level IP Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
To be successful, you will need at least one years of experience working within a similar position. If you have a CIPA Admin qualification, then this might be looked upon favourably. Strong attention to detail and great communication skills are essential for this role.
Duties:
- Preparing and filing patent applications.
- Providing high quality assistance to Paralegals and Attorneys.
- Handling correspondence to clients.
- Managing inboxes, actioning emails in order of importance.
- Maintaining cases within the firm’s IP management system.
- Opening / closing files.
- Handling client queries via email / telephone etc.
