Mid Weight Designer
Harvey Nichols is looking for a talented, proactive and detail-driven Midweight Designer to join our creative team at Head Office – the home of modern luxury, innovative design, and the world’s most desirable brands. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to shape the creative expression of an iconic luxury retailer, this could be the perfect next step in your design career.
About the Role
As a Midweight Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Harvey Nichols brand to life across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with the wider creative, marketing and buying teams, you’ll help deliver compelling, on-brand design that elevates our customer experience both online and in-store.
In this role, you will:
Design and deliver creative assets across print and digital channels, including campaigns, emails, social media, paid media, POS, packaging and in-store communications.
Interpret briefs and translate concepts into high-quality, engaging design solutions that align with the Harvey Nichols brand identity.
Support the development of seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling across multiple categories.
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, buyers and external partners to ensure creative consistency and commercial impact.
Take ownership of projects from concept through to final artwork, managing multiple deadlines with precision.
Maintain and apply brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas and creative innovation.
Prepare artwork for production, liaising with printers and suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy.
Review and amend designs based on feedback, ensuring a high standard of finish and attention to detail.
Stay up to date with design trends, luxury retail aesthetics and competitor activity to keep our creative output relevant and inspiring.
Support junior designers where required and contribute positively to the wider creative team.
Is This You?

Are you proactive, adaptable and excited to push creative ideas forward?
If this sounds like you, we’d love to see your work.
