Year 4 Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Location: Waltham Forest, East London (excellent transport links)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £105 - £125 per day
Contract: Long-term, full-time
- Provide 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with behavioural needs
- Implement behaviour strategies and support positive engagement with learning
- Support the wider class where needed, including pupils with ASD and Speech & Language needs
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow behaviour and support plans
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation About the School

- Previous experience working with children with behavioural needs, SEN, or in a school setting
- Restraint training is preferred but not essential
- Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach
