Production Operator
The Role: Production Operator As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality products safely and on time. What you'll do:
- Operate and maintain machines within the Production area
- Identify and resolve minor faults to keep operations running efficiently
- Follow all health, safety and quality standards
- Help reduce waste and improve production efficiency
- Complete required paperwork and use computer systems accurately
- Prepare and maintain tooling or replace worn parts (after training and sign-off)
- Keep your machine and workspace clean, tidy and safe Has experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work and problem-solving
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment
- Has good communication, literacy, numeracy and computer skills
- Is flexible and open to new challenges
- Is committed to working safely and responsibly Experience operating Gluing Machines is a plus but not required - full training will be provided.
