Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across the school, working closely with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day financial operations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements
• Prepare financial reports for SLT and governors
• Supervise finance staff and support wider business operations
Requirements
• Experience in school finance or similar financial management roles
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, accounting principles, and compliance
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and stakeholders
