We’re widely regarded as one of London’s top event catering and hospitality companies, our reputation has been built over 25 years, delivering glamourous parties in some of the country’s most prestigious venues. The waiting staff role is mixed and most often comprises of waiting and beverage service either at client events predominantly in London, but occasionally across the UK and abroad. Our selection criteria are based on your character as well as your experience. You will be provided with all necessary skills training to compliment your existing skills. We have the following grades available: Our people will always be our most important asset and we’re proud to offer pay rates in line with the London Living Wage of from £13.85 per hour to £16.32 per hour which does not include your holiday pay (this is accrued as you work at a rate of 12.07%), depending on experience and role.- Junior Front of House - £13.85 per hour (£15.52 including holiday pay)
- Senior Front of House (Includes Bartending) - £14.79 per hour (£16.57 including holiday pay)
- Head Waiting & Cocktail Bartending - £16.32 per hour (£18.28 including holiday pay)
- You will be an excellent team player with a hands-on and organised approach to your role, passionate about the team and working in a leading catering and events company.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- A decent knowledge for great food and wine
- Strong attention to detail and a flexible, enthusiastic can-do attitude.
- You will be immaculately presented with high standards of personal hygiene and will act as an ambassador for Rocket Food at the country’s most prestigious venues.
- Preferred experience within the hospitality or luxury sector although not a necessity.
