SKINCARE TRAINER

Location: London based/Field

Department : Education

Position Reports to: Head of Education

Purpose of Position:

The Skincare Trainer will ensure the delivery of all aspects of skin care training, that supports the learning and understanding of all skin care ranges in our retail stores/ in the business. They will implement and support our Sales & service programme within all other training and activities

Areas of Responsibility:

The key accountabilities within this role are to:

• Work in collaboration with the Head of Education to organise, coordinate and assist with skin care training

• Personally facilitate/co-facilitate training sessions when required, some classroom but predominately shopfloor

• Bring our Sales & Service into all training and be an exemplary example of this

• To identify needs within this category, create and implement digital and store training sessions

• To continually evaluate where training is needed, and how effective it is.

• Will have ownership, along with the Head of Education, of the KPI’S for this category

• Input into our Sales & Service programme, Induction, evaluation, retention, creating training asset content

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience; a skincare specialist/trainer

• Passion; teaching others to become skincare experts and exciting them about all thing’s skincare

• Training; ability to translate and simplify techniques and selling, creating a set of modules to cover from Induction onwards

• Commercial; translate business objectives into education, ensuring our team members understand the importance of the skincare category and how to increase sales

• Driven; taking ownership of the skincare category KPI’s, and collaborating with Head of Education to create and implement a plan to reach KPI’s, always reviewing and adapting for success

• Creativity; ability to propose creative solutions, generate new ideas and to create training modules for different formats; digitally, shop floor, etc

• Teamwork; collaborating with digital and design creators on skincare training collateral and tools

• 360; ensuring all skincare training supports Space to Shine and everything is done through the prism of our service module.
