🔎 About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join  RIU Hotels & Resorts  as a  Kitchen Porter . As a Kitchen Porter at RIU Plaza London Victoria, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

💼 What You’ll Do

• Washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen surfaces, including countertops and food preparation areas.
• Sweeping and mopping the floors of the kitchen to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collecting and disposing of waste and recycling materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Supporting the kitchen team in basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Assisting with the receiving and storage of deliveries, ensuring proper handling and rotation of stock.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of dishes.

- Hourly Rate : £12.32
- Annual leave : 28 days per year (Including public holidays).
- 40 hours contract
