Summary: We are seeking an experienced Branding Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing all aspects of venue branding across multiple sites, ensuring consistent brand presentation throughout all SailGP events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venue branding and leading installation teams. The Branding Manager will be responsible for all aspects of creation, planning, procurement and delivery of the branding plans for all venues at SailGP Events. Please note: This is a contractor position, initially for Season 2026 with the potential this could be made permanent. Key Responsibilities Event Branding Management & Delivery: Lead the creation and implementation of venue branding plans and installation schedules. Manage the delivery of all contractual branding obligations at events. Lead and manage the global branding installer team on site at each SailGP event. Manage outsourced installations end-to-end. Ensure timely delivery of print-ready artwork by collaborating closely with the Creative Team. Investigate, engage, and work closely with local branding suppliers. Maintain and manage the global branding inventory. Procurement & Sourcing: Lead the entire branding procurement process, including: Sourcing and managing local branding suppliers. Sharing comprehensive requirements lists and artwork specifications. Obtaining and comparing quotations and costs. Managing procurement spreadsheets. Reviewing sustainable product offerings and documenting decisions and tracking options. Managing the delivery of partnership contractual branding. Departmental & Cross-Functional Support: Assist in the management of departmental processes, such as RFPs (Request for Proposal) and cross-departmental workflows. Collaborate with other SailGP departments across the organisation to collate and implement branding requirements. Skills & Knowledge (Desired): Hands-on experience with various branding media and strong technical knowledge of methods and materials is highly desired. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London Office.
