MSSP Manager (Hiring Immediately)
Who You Are: Invicti, a global leader in web security (DAST/IAST), is looking for an MSSP Channel Sales Manager, capable of working to build deep and lasting partner relationships with our Managed Services Partners. Experience in relationship management and developing mutual business plans to grow both Invciti and our MSSP’s business profitability. Working within a specific geographical region, managing our existing channel ecosystem and targeting new partners to recruit into the Invicti Program. This role is a Strategic Sales hire and an important part of the company’s growth plan along with them further scaling up across the Region. The MSSP Sales Manager is responsible for developing scalable revenue streams through MSSP’s. You will be responsible for onboarding new partnerships as well as developing existing. As Manager of MSSP Sales, you will have the following demonstrable experience and skills: ● At least 5 years’ experience within cyber security sales. ● Experienced working with MSSPs – thorough and up to date working knowledge is a must have. ● Extensive proven track record in MSSP and SI Sales. ● Proven track record exceeding annual revenue quotas. ● Ability to develop both existing and net-new relationships. ● Strong commercial acumen. ● Strong presentation skills. ● Strong understanding of major vendors and have key knowledge of industry drivers. ● Ability to utilise this information to convert into sales and maximise partnership potential. ● Committed to building a successful company with a high level of integrity. ● Excellent communications skills in English - written, verbal and listening. Your Career As the Channel Business Manager, MSSP, you will be responsible for the company’s managed services DAST business with the company’s service provider partners, with the goal of growing the company’s market share by building the “as-a-Service” product delivery ecosystem. This is a “build it from ground up” opportunity that will have a significant impact on our business as a whole. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves! You will have the responsibility for educating the field on the managed services business and DAST solutions, proving subject matter expertise in existing and new opportunities and relationships. Your Impact • Direct ownership of development and management of the company's managed services DAST business through the service provider partners • Definition, roll out, and lifecycle management of the DAST commercial offers to the service provider partners, including commercial models, integration, service creation, and business development playbooks • Focus on developing top global opportunities with service provider partners in close collaboration with field sales and speedboat teams • Work closely with product teams to develop and execute managed services commercialization strategy for the company's DAST products, as well as provide input on key product requirements in support of the strategy and pursuit of new market opportunities • Collaborate with Product, Speedboats, Channel, Field Sales, Finance, SalesOps, SP Operations, CTO Qualifications Your Experience • Successful prior experience in managing and operating corporate business development or sales programs on a global basis • Strong understanding of the MSP and telco ecosystem and business models • Strong understanding of the DAST and security market space, industry players, and competitive situation • Experience in building and operating partner and managed services optimized business models • Prior experience in defining and rolling out operational processes across matrix organizations • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
