Caretaker Role in Camden (ASAP)
We are working with a high-achieving secondary school in Camden recruiting for a dependable School Caretaker. This is a vital role within the premises team, ensuring that the school site remains a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for students and staff alike.

The Role & Responsibilities Supporting the Site Manager, you will handle the day-to-day physical maintenance and security of the school buildings and grounds.
Site Security: Responsible for the morning unlocking and evening locking of the school, ensuring all alarms are set and the perimeter is secure.
Maintenance & DIY: Carrying out general repairs, including basic plumbing, joinery, and painting, to maintain the high standards of the school facilities.
Health & Safety: Conducting statutory compliance checks, such as water temperature monitoring, fire alarm testing, and ensuring all walkways are clear of hazards.
Porterage: Managing the receipt and distribution of deliveries across the campus and setting up halls for assemblies, exams, and school events.
Contract: Full-time | Temporary | £115-£130 per day (based on experience)
