Wayman Education is recruiting an experienced EYFS Practitioner for a busy primary school in Enfield. The successful EYFS Practitioner will support Reception teaching, lead focused small-group activities, and maintain accurate learning journeys to monitor progress against the Early Learning Goals. The EYFS Practitioner will work closely with the teacher and SENDCo to provide tailored support and will be expected to begin in January 2026 and contribute to planning from January 2026. This role is based in Enfield and will involve engagement with local networks in Enfield.

Contract – Permanent / Term-time (flexible options considered)
The Role
As EYFS Practitioner, you will: deliver play-based sessions, support communication and language development, help manage indoor/outdoor environments and record formative assessments. The EYFS Practitioner will liaise with parents, support transition into Year 1 and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent practice. The appointed EYFS Practitioner will be expected to commence duties January 2026 and to support the school’s Early Years improvement plan from January 2026.

Person specification for the EYFS Practitioner:
• Experience working as an EYFS Practitioner with solid knowledge of the EYFS framework.
