The Opportunity
At Sephora, we are on a mission to create the most inspiring beauty community in the world. As our UK expansion continues, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end to end delivery of new store openings and renovation projects, bringing our bold, beautiful spaces to life.
In this exciting role, you will take ownership of multiple construction projects, managing everything from design and budget through to handover. You will collaborate with a network of internal and external partners, ensuring every Sephora store reflects our world class standards of innovation, sustainability, and client experience.
You Will Also Be Responsible For:
Leading the end to end construction process for multiple new store openings and refurbishments from initial planning to final handover
Managing and coaching Assistant Project Managers to support their professional development and ensure seamless project execution
Collaborating closely with the Head of Property and Development, Legal, Business Support, Architects, and Designers to align on project objectives and deliver results
Managing external vendors, main contractors, and consultants, sourcing partners who share Sephora’s commitment to excellence
Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring financial targets and quality standards are achieved
Creating detailed project timelines, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing risks to keep projects on track
Overseeing on site works to ensure compliance with safety regulations and Sephora’s design standards
Conducting rigorous quality assurance and ensuring snagging and close out are completed to specification
Preparing regular progress reports, documenting milestones, challenges, and financial updates
Ensuring all statutory and regulatory certifications are in place prior to opening
Supporting Sephora’s sustainability goals and aligning with LVMH construction guidelines
Travelling regularly to project sites across the portfolio
What You Will Bring:
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
At least 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally within luxury retail or high end commercial environments
A proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast paced, evolving environment
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and luxury retail design standards
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of budget management and risk management principles
Membership of a relevant professional body (RICS, MAPM, MCIOB) is advantageous but not essential
Here, you will find:
Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit.
Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead
Work that brings, fulfillment. From delighting clients every day, to inspiring our industry at large, every action makes a difference
Join us and belong to something beautiful.
