Are you an experienced healthcare professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care? Our clients clinic is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and staff management at our location Shepherd's Bush.

Your role will involve overseeing patient services, supervising clinic staff, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Requirements:

• Minimum three years' healthcare management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Proficiency in administrative and management tasks
• Knowledge of ophthalmic or surgical procedures is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Responsibilities:

• Support daily clinic operations and maintain efficient workflow
• Oversee scheduling for surgeries and patient appointments
• Address patient enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Carry out diagnostic scans when required
• Supervise and support staff performance and development
• Monitor inventory, finances, and billing processes
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate local marketing and community outreach activities

The clinic operates Monday to Sunday between 8am-7pm and you will be contracted for four hours a week over five days within these times.
