Senior Finance Business Partner - Temp - Government
Your new company
A complex government organisation is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for a temp role for 6 months, starting in July. This is a high profile role working with a team based in Canary Whaf. Your new role Work with strategic finance and financial accounting teams to:- Lead capital budgeting and forecasting
- Advise on IFRS 16, fixed assets and leases
- Provide finance business partnering across multiple business areas.
- Review business cases and expenditure proposals
- Full accountancy qualification - CCAB, CIMA or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience at Senior Finance Business Partner level, leading on capital budgets
- Expertise in capital accounting, IFRS 16 and fixed assets
- Excellent communication skills in order to present to senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills
- It would be beneficial to have experience from either the public sector or digital, technology or property expenditure.
- Unit4 / Agresso
- Up to £450 umbrella day rate
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week from London office
- High profile role in an interesting government organisation
