Premises Manager - Independent School - Lambeth

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:
Managing the overall maintenance and security of the school premises.
Leading, supervising, and supporting the site staff team.

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and incidents.

Proven experience in premises management, facilities management, or caretaking leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, health and safety regulations, and risk assessment procedures.
