Temporary Business & Personal Assistant - Founder of Start-Up
A dynamic founder of a rapidly growing technology start-up is seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Business & Personal Assistant to provide immediate support across both professional and personal matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an entrepreneurial principal in a varied and fast-paced role, with the potential to become permanent should the arrangement prove successful for both parties.
Supporting the founder on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing a busy and ever-changing diary, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling inbox management. Alongside business support, you will assist with personal administration, appointments, reservations, lifestyle management and ad hoc projects. The role requires someone who can anticipate needs, juggle multiple priorities and act as a trusted extension of the principal.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years experience as a Business Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Private PA, ideally supporting a founder, entrepreneur or senior executive. You will be highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. The ability to work with discretion and build a strong working relationship is essential.
This is an ongoing temporary Business and Personal Assistant role in North London with an immediate start needed. It is a hybrid role with 3/4 days in the office and 1/2 from home, depending on workload and the principal's schedule.
