Core Responsibilities
You will instruct Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering a curriculum that balances practical performance with theoretical script analysis. The position requires you to organise and direct school productions while fostering a sense of ensemble and creative confidence. You will manage the school’s black box studio, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for rehearsal, devised work, and practical assessments.
Requirements & Salary
Applicants must hold QTS and a relevant degree in Drama or the Performing Arts. The salary is highly competitive on the school's independent scale.
