Strategic Accounts - Delivery Manager (All Levels) - 2026 UK (Hiring Immediately)

Suade
London

Suade Labs delivers intelligent, data-driven and scalable SaaS solutions across the financial industry. Our platform enables clients to ensure regulatory reporting compliance, gain deeper business insights and adapt efficiently to regulatory change.

We are hiring Delivery Managers at multiple levels (Junior, Associate and Senior) to join our Strategic Accounts team. Each role carries responsibility for implementing our regulatory reporting solutions for multi-jurisdictional financial clients. We encourage candidates at all levels to apply; the right level will be determined in discussion with you based on your experience and background.

Delivery Managers at Suade are at the heart of how we deliver value to clients. You will work at the intersection of regulatory expertise, project delivery and client relationship management, ensuring that implementations are executed with precision, governed with rigour and communicated with clarity. As you progress through the levels, the complexity of the engagements you lead, the seniority of the stakeholders you manage and the degree to which you shape both delivery practice and team capability will grow accordingly.

Suade is delighted to be an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without bias.

Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for these roles.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting solution implementations for multi-jurisdictional financial clients, taking ownership of your workstreams and maintaining a consistent focus on outcomes throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Engage directly with client and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, priorities, progress and next steps, with communication that is clear, proactive and appropriately structured for the audience.
  • Translate regulatory requirements and client objectives into actionable implementation plans, milestones and delivery tasks.
  • Proactively identify, manage and resolve risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional workstreams to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Maintain delivery governance standards including documentation, status reporting and structured escalation throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Apply regulatory and data model knowledge to support sound implementation decisions and solution refinement in collaboration with Product and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodology, templates and internal best practice.
  • Support the development of colleagues through knowledge sharing, peer guidance and, at senior levels, structured mentorship and coaching.

Required Experience & Skills

Regulatory Reporting Knowledge

  • Experience in regulatory reporting, implementation delivery, project management or consulting within financial services or RegTech (2+ years at Junior level, 4+ years at Associate, 7+ years at Senior).
  • A solid to deep understanding of regulatory reporting frameworks and the ability to interpret supervisory guidance and assess its practical impact on reporting obligations.
  • Familiarity with financial products and the data structures, validation logic and system workflows that underpin regulatory submissions.

Delivery Capability & Mindset

  • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and a disciplined, consistent approach to managing tasks, priorities and documentation across concurrent workstreams.
  • Pragmatic and solutions-focused, with the ability to find workable paths forward and maintain momentum without losing sight of quality or governance standards.
  • Proactive by nature, with a track record of anticipating what is needed, taking initiative and driving progress without waiting to be prompted.
  • Sound judgement in navigating delivery complexity, competing priorities and ambiguity, with a clear sense of when and how to escalate.
  • A genuine growth mindset, with a commitment to developing professionally, learning from each engagement and contributing to the improvement of team practice.

Stakeholder Management

  • Direct experience in a client-facing or significant stakeholder role, with the confidence to lead delivery conversations, manage expectations and maintain trusted relationships under pressure.
  • Clear and structured communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information logically and credibly to a range of audiences.
  • Proven ability to co-ordinate and influence across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability across all workstreams.

Technical Understanding

  • Understanding of financial products, regulatory data models and system workflows.
