About the Role

As a Lettings Negotiator , you will play a key role in driving lettings activity, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients find their perfect property match. You will:

• Register and engage with new applicants, maintaining regular and proactive communication
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Arrange, organise, and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage the lettings process on behalf of clients.
• Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the local property market.
• Collaborate closely with your Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
• Work collaboratively across departments, referring business where appropriate.

About You

You will be an energetic, driven individual with a genuine passion for property and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• The confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A full, clean driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
