Guest Experience Host - Flagship Boutique
About the role:
We’re working with a prestigious luxury brand to find a Guest Experience Host for their London flagship boutique.
This is a highly client-facing role, perfect for someone with a luxury hospitality background and exceptional people skills. You’ll act as a key presence on the shop floor, creating a warm, seamless and elevated experience for clients from the moment they arrive.
You’ll spend your day engaging with guests, building relationships, anticipating needs, and working closely with both the boutique team and sales associates to ensure every client journey feels personal and effortless.
This role is all about emotional intelligence, presence and natural hospitality. Someone who can read the room, make people feel comfortable, and bring positive energy to a luxury environment.
About you:
- Background within luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, premium retail or guest relations
- Naturally confident and personable with excellent communication skills
- Warm, polished and highly presentable
- Comfortable interacting with high-profile and VIP clientele
- Strong emotional intelligence and awareness of guest needs
- A proactive and collaborative approach to service
- Able to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
