Location: London (Head Office)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Working Pattern: Hybrid (50/50)
Reports to: Business Analysis Manager
Department: Business Transformation
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation team at Hampshire Trust Bank. You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering change across the bank, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure solutions are aligned to our strategy, standards and regulatory obligations.
This role is well suited to a proactive analyst who enjoys working across the full change lifecycle - from discovery and design through to testing and implementation - in a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Change Delivery
- Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Produce clear process flows and supporting documentation using industrystandard techniques
- Consult across the endtoend project lifecycle, from analysis and design through to testing and implementation
- Act as a bridge between business users, solution architects, developers, testers and thirdparty suppliers
Testing & Quality
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including preparation, execution and defect triage
- Assess and prioritise defects based on business impact
Collaboration & Best Practice
- Work collaboratively with other Business Analysts to identify crossproject dependencies
- Champion bestpractice analysis approaches and continuous improvement
- Contribute to knowledgesharing across the Business Transformation function
Risk & Regulatory Support
- Support the bank's regulatory, audit and risk management obligations
- Identify and escalate risks appropriately in line with HTB frameworks and policies

- Transformation, Delivery and IT teams
- External suppliers and solution providers
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on complex change initiatives
- Strong background in systems implementations, process change and requirements analysis
- Experience within banking, lending or financial services (highly desirable)
- Experience working with thirdparty suppliers
- Familiarity with industrystandard change and delivery methodologies
