What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles to the highest standard using approved methods and materials
• Carry out paint repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail
• Ensure smooth, flawless finishes that meet both manufacturer and internal quality requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in line with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the wider workshop team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
  Proven experience as a paint technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
• Strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
• ATA accreditation (or willingness to achieve) is desirable
• Passion for high-quality work and pride in delivering excellent results
• A team player who acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their work
