The Role

We're seeking a creative, multi-talented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own our social media presence end-to-end across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok . This isn't just about strategy - you'll be behind the camera creating scroll-stopping content that drives explosive growth.

Working three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) in our Chelsea studio, you'll shoot, edit, post, engage, and optimise. You'll have creative freedom to bring our brand story to life while staying obsessed with what's trending and what converts. What You'll Be Doing

• Create all content : Shoot photography and video, edit short-form content, and produce platform-optimised assets for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow followers, engagement, and views

• Own the social content calendar from concept to publication—strategy, creation, and posting

• Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and high-performing

• Analyse performance metrics and use insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve ROI

• Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build authentic brand advocacy

• Collaborate with our designer and creative team to ensure brand cohesion across all touch points

• Work with paid media teams to amplify organic content and coordinate campaign launches

• Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years creating content and managing growth for brand accounts on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

• Strong photography and videography skills - you must be comfortable shooting and editing content independently

• Proven track record driving measurable growth in followers, reach, engagement, and video views

• Portfolio or case studies showcasing content you've created and growth you've achieved, particularly in startup environments

• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, trends, and what makes content go viral

• Proficient in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and photo editing

• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, and scheduling platforms

• Excellent storytelling and creative eye with demonstrated brand cohesion

• Comfortable analysing data and adjusting content strategy accordingly

• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of the entire content process

• Experience with influencer collaboration and user-generated content is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or homeware industry

• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams

• Familiarity with paid social strategies and A/B testing content

• Startup or scale-up experience where you've built social presence from the ground up
