Manager, Service Introduction & Product Manager, Engineering Platforms
· Lead the introduction and rollout of new Engineering Platforms services across Deloitte's NSE network, ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and compliance standards.
· Coordinate readiness activities including service documentation, onboarding materials, communications, and knowledge sessions. · Work closely with technical delivery teams to transition services from development into steady-state operation. · Develop and execute adoption and engagement plans to ensure new services reach the right audiences effectively. · Collect and analyse user feedback, usage metrics, and adoption data to assess service performance and identify improvement opportunities. · Collaborate with service owners to refine product roadmaps and define iterative enhancements based on user insights and firm priorities. · Maintain visibility of all service introductions in-flight, reporting progress to Engineering Platforms leadership and stakeholders. · Support continuous improvement of the service introduction framework, helping to establish repeatable processes for future offerings. · Champion user-centric design and promote consistent, high-quality service experiences across the portfolio. · Experience in service introduction, product management, or technology service delivery roles within large or complex organisations. · Strong understanding of the service lifecycle - from ideation and readiness through to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. · Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging across business, technology, and operations functions. · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data, user feedback, and adoption trends to drive evidence-based recommendations. · Strong communication and presentation skills, able to create clear documentation, communications, and executive reporting. · Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple service rollouts simultaneously. · Collaborative approach and proven ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams. Desirables: · Experience working within a managed services, cloud engineering, or platform operations environment. · Background or qualification in Product Management, ITIL, or Agile delivery (e.g., ITIL 4 Foundation, AgilePM). · Exposure to cloud or engineering concepts (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern software delivery practices. · Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related disciplines. This role sits within Deloitte's Engineering Platforms team - part of our Business Technology offering within Technology & Transformation. You'll work closely with service owners, engineering leads, and governance teams to manage the end-to-end service introduction lifecycle - from readiness assessments and communication plans, to rollout, feedback, and iterative improvement.
