A thriving co-educational secondary school in Sutton is seeking an organised and proactive School Administrator to join their front-office team.
About the School
This is a warm, community-focused school with a supportive leadership team. Staff development is encouraged and internal progression is well supported.
Role Responsibilities
• Managing reception duties and parent enquiries
• Supporting attendance, admissions and daily administration
• Maintaining accurate databases and student information
• Assisting with communication, letters, newsletters and reports
• Providing admin support to SLT and teaching staff
Requirements
• Previous administration experience in education or similar setting
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Confident using MIS and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
