Junior Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Junior Delivery Lead to support and assist the Delivery team in various aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

Responsibilities: 🌟

• Developing the SOW with senior consultants and the project team
• Onboarding and offboarding of project team
• Tracking project progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
• Awareness of SOW scope and budget, with responsibility for managing commercial, delivery and technical risk, raising change control, and managing extensions.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
• Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely responses
• Maintain regular checkpoints with teams as a health check, ensuring the project is on track with RAG status reports and completion notices
• Maintain regular checkpoints with associates and support with enabling associates
  and teams in the delivery of project deliverables
• Assist in managing relationships with project stakeholders
• Make sure project updates and deliverables are communicated on time, and gather
  feedback
• Identify and assess project risks and issues, and escalate where necessary
• RAID log monitoring for any project
• Support practice growth through action capture and account mapping for practice
  meetings.
• Understand, build into delivery and help promote Value in the conversations
  internally, with associates and with clients in relation to the engagement
