School Administrator
An Independent Secondary School in Westminster is seeking a professional and highly organised School Administrator to join their experienced administrative support team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-structured and supportive school environment where administrative staff play an essential role in the smooth operation of the school.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple departments and assist senior leaders, teaching staff and wider support teams. Responsibilities will include maintaining student records, updating school systems, managing correspondence, supporting attendance administration and assisting with the organisation of school events and activities.
You will also support communication with parents, students and external agencies while ensuring that information is handled professionally and confidentially at all times. Strong organisational skills are essential, as the role requires the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities within a busy school environment.
The school is looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative support staff team. Good IT skills and confidence using administrative systems are important, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
