Solution Lead (Hiring Immediately)

The Opportunity The Solution Lead ensures technical and architectural excellence across client projects by driving the design, validation, and delivery of scalable software implementations. This role bridges the gap between customer demands for passenger predictability and internal business requirements, complementing the Project Manager and Account Manager by taking ownership of the technical vision. They ensure that the final delivery not only meets the passenger’s needs but is also aligned with our strategic approach to solution delivery. The Specifics Act as the primary technical advisor to the Project Manager to ensure that project scopes are realistic, estimates prepared, risks are identified early, and technical milestones are met by the consulting team. Own the overall solution architecture and framework for implementation projects while ensuring technical consistency and maintainability. Conduct architecture reviews and post-delivery quality assessments to maintain oversight of implementation quality. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for solution discussions with both internal teams and clients. Drive global strategic alignment by establishing efficient collaboration practices and defining training strategies for global implementation teams. What we are looking for 6+ years of experience in technical delivery, ideally in high-complexity environments like Aviation or Logistics. Proven ability to design, review, and approve technical solutions in collaboration with senior consultants. Must be able to understand the requirements and translate them into technical system requirements. Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a structured, client-facing environment. Experience in mentoring project teams, promoting technical standards, and driving best-practice adoption. Expertise in validating data structures and integrations to ensure long-term technical accuracy.
