About the Role

A prestigious Top 25 London accountancy firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Tax Partner to join and lead its well-established Private Client Tax (PCT) team. This role offers the chance to step into leadership during a period of growth, following the planned retirements of key team leaders. As a partner, you'll play a central role in driving the future success of the PCT service line, fostering client relationships, and mentoring internal talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Vision: Lead a strong and established PCT team, creating a high-performance, advisory-focused culture.
• Client Engagement & Commerciality: Develop and implement strategies for client success, focusing on advisory work with an expectation of generating fees.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor with strong knowledge of international tax, offshore trusts, and cross-border tax issues.
• Mentorship: Actively mentor rising stars within the team, contributing to a culture of growth and development.

• Track Record of Success: Proven experience in private client tax advisory, with clear metrics on billings, book size, and team contributions.
