Teacher
Sixth Form Teacher – Full Time – Immediate Start UET1 A specialist school in the Kingston area of South West London is seeking a dedicated Sixth Form Teacher to join the team on a full-time basis with an immediate start. This setting supports students with additional learning needs, providing a structured, supportive environment where young people are encouraged to develop academically, socially, and personally as they prepare for adulthood. Role Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Sixth Form students.
- Support learners with a range of special educational needs.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning styles and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals to ensure students receive appropriate support.
- Promote independence, confidence, and positive engagement with learning.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Experience teaching post-16 or secondary students.
- Experience working with SEN or additional learning needs is desirable.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A patient, adaptable and supportive approach.
