VIP Close Protection officer/Travelling Butler

AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is looking for a dedicated and highly skilled VIP Close Protection Officer/Travelling Butler to join our exclusive team. In this dual-role position, you will provide both personal protection and exemplary service to our high-profile clients, ensuring their safety and comfort during travels and events. This role requires a unique blend of security expertise, exceptional service standards, and the ability to maintain discretion and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Provide close protection and personal security for VIP clients during travel, events, and public appearances
• Assess security risks and implement effective safety measures tailored to the client’s needs
• Coordinate and plan travel itineraries, arranging transportation and accommodations to ensure seamless experiences
• Deliver exceptional butler service, including meal preparation, household management, and personal assistance
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or special requests with efficiency and care
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a cohesive and secure environment for clients
• Manage travel logistics, including packing, unpacking, and itinerary coordination.
• Provide formal service (e.g., table setting, food and beverage service).
• Liaise with hotels, private staff, and service providers to ensure client preferences are met.
• Maintain wardrobe and personal items, including laundry and garment care.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reservations, and correspondence.
• Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Close Protection Officer, Security Personnel, or in a similar role
• Valid training and certification in close protection and personal security
• Previous experience as a Butler or in high-end service environments
• Exceptional service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
• Strong observational and analytical skills to assess and mitigate security risks
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel frequently, including internationally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
