Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant

Serena Bute London is looking for a competent, enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our online and in-store operations in Ladbroke Grove, London.

This is a varied role suited to someone with a genuine interest in fashion, strong organisational skills, and confidence in communicating with customers both digitally and in person.

The Marketing & Ecommerce Assistant will play a key role in supporting website management, digital marketing activity, customer experience and store operations, contributing to the overall growth and performance of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Website:

• Assist with product creation and uploads on Shopify.
• Support website updates, including imagery, copy and merchandising.
• Ensure product information is accurate, well presented and on brand.

Email Marketing:

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of weekly customer mailers via Klaviyo.
• Support campaign setup, including imagery, copy and segmentation.
• Monitor performance and assist with reporting where required.

Retail & Store Support:

• Work in the store one day per week, delivering a high level of customer service.
• Support store operations.

Customer Service:

• Assist with handling customer enquiries across email and other channels.
• Ensure timely, professional and brand-aligned communication.

Social Media:

• Support social media activity, including content creation, posting and community engagement.
• Assist in maintaining a consistent and elevated brand presence.

General & Ad Hoc:

• Provide general administrative and office support as required.
• Assist across teams during key trading periods, launches and events.

• An understanding of women's fashion
• A basic understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn.
• Strong interest in fashion and understanding of a luxury or premium customer.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail environment.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• A team player with a flexible approach to tasks.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus.
• Experience in a fashion, retail or e-commerce environment is a plus.
