Recruitment Assistant Manager - Early Identification Programmes, HR

  • End-to-End Programme Management: Own the entire lifecycle of assigned EID programme/s, including demand modelling, recruitment, programme delivery, and participant conversion, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
  • Candidate Support and Coaching: Provide comprehensive support and coaching to candidates throughout their EID journey, both pre- and post-programme, to ensure a positive experience and to maximise conversion.
  • Collaboration with AMS: Work closely with the AMS team to manage candidate pipelines, ensure effective communication flows, and coordinate event logistics seamlessly.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with TE and the wider ECR team to address pipeline challenges, secure event staffing support, and ensure the smooth execution of all programme elements.
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of EID events, including venue bookings, logistics coordination, and vendor management, to create engaging and impactful experiences.
  • Third-Party Collaboration: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to secure programme delivery support, ensuring high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.
  • Programme Content Development: Collaborate with Early Experience Learning team to shape and refine programme content, ensuring alignment with Deloitte's values, strategic priorities, and participant needs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct post-event surveys, analyse programme ROI, and track conversion outcomes to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure your programmes are appropriately staffed by Deloitte Ambassadors. Deliver comprehensive programme briefings to staff and people leaders, ensuring they are well-informed about programme objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.

    Experience in managing and delivering high-volume recruitment, ideally within early careers or a related field.
  • A passion for early talent identification and a strong understanding of the EID landscape.
  • Experience of managing and delivering programmes.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, written and verbal), enabling you to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to link individual tasks to broader objectives while also managing operational details effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to inform recruitment strategies.

Connect to your opportunity Reporting to the Recruitment Manager for Early Identification programmes, you'll play a vital role in identifying and attracting high-potential individuals for our programmes. You will own the end-to-end management of specific EID programmes, from modelling demand, through to recruitment, delivery and onward conversion. You'll work closely with your wider Early Careers and Talent Engagement teams, as well as engaging with our RPO provider AMS, and our Early Experience Learning team, who will design the learning curriculum for your programmes.
