The Role: Autism Support Worker
This is a full-time, long-term position starting after the summer break and continuing through the academic year and into the next. As an Autism Support Worker, you will be supporting pupils with autism and complex needs to help them meet their learning and development goals in a nurturing classroom environment.
You will work one-on-one or in small groups, helping students build independence and confidence through engaging, tailored activities.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an Autism Support Worker who:
Has experience or strong knowledge of ASD and complex needs
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a calm, engaging manner
Is confident working 1:1 and in classroom settings
Can build rapport quickly with students and staff
Is passionate about helping children with SEN reach their full potential
While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it's not essential - the right attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

Requirements
