Executive Assistant to Dean
- Provide high-level diary and inbox management, ensuring the Dean's time is effectively prioritised.
- Coordinate complex meetings, events, and travel arrangements, often involving senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Dean.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Dean's office, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Support the Dean in managing key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and following up on actions.
- Liaise with academic and professional services teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in line with university policies.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity and integrity.
