- Teach Art across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons that spark imagination
- Support the development of the Art curriculum and contribute to extra-curricular provision
- Assess, monitor and track student progress to ensure all learners achieve their potential
- Work collaboratively within a well-resourced and experienced Visual Arts team
- QTS (or QTLS) and strong experience teaching Art in UK secondary schools
- A genuine passion for Art, creativity and visual communication
- Strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with learners
- A reflective practitioner committed to continuous improvement
- Strong organisational skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude
