ServiceNow Developer

12 month contract - Inside IR35

£700 per day

Mostly remote

We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer to join a global technology organisation within a Partner Platform team. This platform is used worldwide by content providers to manage and deliver digital content, including media and entertainment assets. The role is a 12 month contract to begin with, inside IR35. It is offered mostly remote with the team only attending the london office twice per month.

You must have the full right to work in the UK to apply for this role

The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and comfortable collaborating with both local and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proven development and implementation experience across the ServiceNow platform
• Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
• Engage with stakeholders in a consultative and influential manner
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Plan, estimate, and scope platform changes
• Design, build, and implement enhancements to the platform

Required Experience

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with Service Portal development

Desirable Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments

Technical Skills

• Strong ServiceNow development experience (3+ years)
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal
• Solid background in web technologies including HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and REST/SOAP
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Ability to work in Agile environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Desirable Skills

• Experience with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management module
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe

Certifications (Desirable)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
