Summary

This role is at the centre of the transformation in the Commercial Function. We have created a central pool of project management expertise with an aim to drive the transformation in the commercial function faster while developing agile ways of working.

You will be part of a team of 5 Project Managers who will each be assigned a transformation project, deliver it, then move onto the next project. The role will provide broad overview of the commercial function, the end-to-end operation of the food division and exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. We are looking for someone who want a career in project/programme management, likes to work in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable, enjoys new challenges and being part of a team.

Key Accountabilities

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Owns, drives and executes a clear project plan that delivers on time, to scope and within budget
  • Contributes to the identification and analysis of potential future initiatives as input into the project pipeline, continually looking for ways that support the Food Group achieve their strategic objectives
  • Owns and drives the Project change plan to minimise change overload and change conflicts e.g. influence sequencing or alignment of change activities across the Project to optimise impact on colleagues, realise efficiencies and improve benefit realisation
  • Leads the creation and maintenance of a detailed change impact assessment as required, from which Training Needs
  • Drives the stakeholder management plan for the Project. Lead the development and management of communications to colleagues to ensure they understand the change journey they will go on and are prepared for the change
  • Deliver change sustainably, including the definition and clear processes on measuring change engagement and delivery, and plans for moving processes to Business as Usual
