Catering Supervisor (Back of House)

Mon-Fri, 12pm - 8.30pm, £15.75 per hour, London - Soho Square

40 hours per week

12-month fixed-term contract to cover absence

Fooditude are looking for a Back of House Catering Supervisor who is knowledgeable and passionate about all things food and drink! Our Back of House Catering Supervisor will work with the onsite catering team to run the lunch and evening dinner service for a workplace restaurant.

We are looking to work with our Back of House Catering Supervisor on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover long-term absence in the team.

Our Kitchen Supervisor will need a vast reservoir of knowledge on how to prepare basic food items and understand a range of global cuisines, along with knife skills and sharp attention to detail. We provide a daily changing menu with exciting dishes and cuisines, so this is the perfect role for a foodie!

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role, ideally within a high-volume environment

Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen best practices

Basic cooking and knife skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong leadership and people skills to lead the kitchen service and team

A collaborative team player with strong communication skills

Please note whilst this is a 12-month fixed term contract, we may discuss early termination depending on business needs
