They are seeking a driven and passionate Massage Therapist to join their team. They offer comprehensive training to ensure you can deliver their unique, holistic treatments with confidence and skill. This is a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful location, providing one-on-one treatments in a highly curated luxury environment. Training will be provided prior to starting the role. Role Responsibilities
* Client Treatments: Perform massage therapies that align with the clients’ methods, providing clients with a rejuvenating and transformative experience.
* Customized Care: Tailor each treatment to the individual needs and preferences of clients, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service.
* Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to master the clients’ methods.
* Holistic Wellness: Educate clients on the benefits of our treatments and how they can support overall wellness and beauty, encouraging a holistic approach to self-care.
* Professionalism: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, client care, and professionalism in all interactions.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other therapists and the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless client experience and the efficient operation of the wellness centre.
* Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a loyal client base and contributing to the growth of the brand.
Qualifications & Characteristics
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Massage Therapy or equivalent qualification.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
* A passion for holistic wellness and a willingness to learn and integrate new techniques into your practice.
* Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
* Flexibility to work across multiple locations and adapt to the scheduling needs of the wellness centre.
* Driven, passionate, and eager to contribute to the success of the brand.
* Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with both part-time and full-time positions available.
