Business Analyst
About the job
As part of the Transform Together Consulting team, you will lead impactful change by partnering with industry-leading companies to shape strategy and drive operational excellence.
You will be working across organisational levels depending on your comfort and experience, from SMEs to C-Suite to help provide structure, knowledge and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda.
This typically involves taking a business objective from discovery through to adoption into BAU, utilising a combination of agile and traditional project and change management techniques. You will get real responsibility and accountability from the outset - you tell us how far you want to go; it's our job to get you there!

About You
Essential Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years Business Analysis experience
Proven experience applying process mapping methodologies (such as SIPOC, BPMN) to analyse, design, and optimise business processes
Ability to assess business needs and translate them into structured, achievable technical and functional outcomes
Experience working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements
Deep understanding of the mechanisms and tools to manage the successful delivery from both and traditional and agile perspective
Experience of developing and writing business cases in line with financial and technical requirements
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
A natural collaborative approach to your work, confident even amongst challenging stakeholder groups
A positive, can-do attitude, strong team ethos and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
Proactive approach to your work, maintaining high quality standards while embracing innovative approaches to solve complex challenges
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience leveraging AI tools to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency is highly desirable
Understanding and experience in utilising modern data analytics, governance and migration approaches
Ability to facilitate delivery management processes in line with scope and requirements
