LKS2 Teacher | Lambeth

A week in the life - LKS2 Teacher (Part-Time)
Mornings on working days: the LKS2 Teacher leads maths and English sequences as the LKS2 Teacher, emphasising reasoning and vocabulary. Afternoons on working days: the LKS2 Teacher runs foundation topics and targeted boosters as the LKS2 Teacher. Outside contact hours the LKS2 Teacher plans, moderates and liaises with parents, preparing resources ahead of January 2026 and continuing CPD after January 2026.
LKS2 Teacher Responsibilities
The LKS2 Teacher will plan cohesive units across Years 3 and 4 as the LKS2 Teacher, assess progress and adapt teaching as the LKS2 Teacher, and support transition activities as the LKS2 Teacher. The LKS2 Teacher will be included in phase meetings and training from January 2026.
LKS2 Teacher Requirements
We seek a LKS2 Teacher with QTS, secure KS2 experience and excellent organisational skills. The LKS2 Teacher must be available for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to teach from January 2026 in a part-time role. The LKS2 Teacher should be collaborative, reflective and data-aware.
