PA to COO
- Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to the COO.
- Manage the COO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings effectively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as required.
- Prepare and distribute documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support additional administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
