Graphic/Brand Designer (Mid-level)

Location: Nine Elms, London - Full-time (4 days a week on-site)

As part of our vision we are growing our in-house creative function and looking for a mid-level Graphic/Brand Designer to help bring our vision to life across campaigns, social media, product photography and brand systems. You'll work closely with the Brand and Creative Director.

This is a hands-on design role inside a fast-moving, founder-led brand: you'll see your work on the street, in the app and in people's kitchens within weeks, not quarters.

What you'll be doing

• Design campaign assets end to end: OOH formats, social creative, in-app placements and CRM assets, working within Zapp's brand system

• Build and maintain visual consistency across a growing library of product still-life and lifestyle photography, including AI-generated content briefs and outputs

• Adapt master campaign concepts across formats and channels, from 6-sheets and billboards through to Meta and TikTok

• Support brand system work: templates, guidelines, packaging and courier uniform

• Collaborate with external production partners and photographers on shoots and test briefs

• Prepare artwork to print and OOH-ready specs, working to tight production timelines

• Contribute ideas in the room, not just execution: this is a role with a real voice in how the brand looks and feels.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years' experience as a graphic or brand designer, ideally with agency or in-house brand experience

• A strong, versatile portfolio spanning campaign, OOH and social work, not just single-format execution

• Comfortable working across Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Experience working with or curiosity about AI image generation tools (Nano Banana Pro or similar) as part of a production pipeline

• Organised and deadline-driven: comfortable working backwards from a hard print or launch date

• A collaborative approach: this role sits close to the Creative Director, production partners and senior stakeholders, so clear communication matters as much as design ski
