Pottery Café Assistant (Nottinghill)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and reliable Pottery Cafe Assistant to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a passion for both hospitality and the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee and other beverages in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, drinks station, and customer areas.
- Guide customers through the pottery painting experience including selecting items, explaining materials, and checking out.
- Provide outstanding customer service: greet guests, answer questions, and ensure a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and organizing supplies.
- Help coordinate and support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
