Luxury Travel Consultant
We are collaborating exclusively with a forward thinking and high-end lifestyle management and bespoke travel company who are now seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to join their team, hybrid working model.
Exciting opportunity for a corporate and/or luxury leisure travel sales professional seeking career growth with a growing, reputable luxury travel company.
Luxury Travel Consultant Duties:
- Looking after travels for a sophisticated portfolio of High Net Worth families, C-suite executives, and corporate accounts.
- Offering seamless, proactive, and deeply personal service.
- Take ownership of existing high-profile accounts, acting as their primary point of contact for everything from complex multi-stop itineraries to last-minute corporate flight changes.
- Applying meticulous attention to detail for every client from train bookings to a multi-week stay on a private island.
- Using your excellent Amadeus GDS expertise to manage and process bookings with speed and total accuracy.
Luxury Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Tech-Forward & GDS Expert – Amadeus experience is absolutely imperative and must be second nature to you.
- Luxury travel sales experience is key, a professional who balances the “art” of relationship management with the “science” of technical precision, someone who acts as a true “fixer” for their clients.
- Able to thrive on the “puzzle” of high-pressure travel. Whether it’s pivoting logistics when a meeting moves cities overnight or securing space that doesn’t seem to exist, you find the solution quietly and efficiently.
- Clinical accuracy is essential
- Able to take pride in the depth of your expertise and finds fulfilment in focusing on quality, discretion, and long-term client loyalty.
- Able to a demonstrate a background managing a diverse range of travel types, comfortably navigating the distinct requirements of both high-touch leisure and fastmoving corporate accounts.
- Executive Communication skills is key – able to write and speak with clarity, brevity, and warmth.
