You will work closely with teaching assistants and parents to ensure each child receives personalised support and encouragement.

You will also play a key role in creating a stimulating environment, tracking pupil progress, and implementing interventions to ensure all children make excellent developmental progress.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues

  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers

  • Maintain learning journals and assessment records

  • Contribute to staff meetings, CPD sessions, and whole-school initiatives

  • Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are strictly followed
